Cyndi was the VN DPG Chair in 1995-1996, during which she reenergized the group, inspired her peers, and delighted the members. Shortly thereafter, she became Chair of the state coordinators, building VN's leadership and empowering each state representiave to educate nutrition professionals as well as the public, and promote VN locally in creative, effective ways. Last year VN named our State Coordinator of the Year Award the Cyndi Reeser State Coordinator Award.
Cyndi died September 21, 2006 after battling pancreatic cancer for more than a year.
